- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate corporate or personal documentation required for processing transactions.
3. Services and Pricing
- Service Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all information regarding corporate setups, visa processing, and typing workflows is accurate and current. However, due to ongoing updates by UAE government authorities, we do not warrant that all guidelines or pricing structures on our platform are completely free of errors or up to date at all times.
- Pricing: All corporate service fees listed are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice (p. 3). Displayed pricing is inclusive of any applicable local taxes or VAT as required by law (p. 4).
- Application Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service request or application processing at our sole discretion, including instances involving missing legal prerequisites, incorrect billing details, or compliance restrictions.
4. Payments and Billing
- Payment Methods: We accept the forms of payment displayed at our checkout portal. All service applications and corporate typing requests must be paid in full prior to submission to government portals or processing.
- Information Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate company registration, individual biometric, and billing details for all transactions executed through Modern Typing.
5. Service Delivery and Processing
- Processing Times: Turnaround times provided for typing, business licensing, and visa document clearance are estimates based on standard institutional timelines. Modern Typing is not liable for operational delays caused by external government ministries, immigration departments, or third-party approvals.
- Documentation Errors: The client is entirely responsible for reviewing all submitted forms for spelling or statistical errors. Any costs associated with re-typing or correcting documents rejected by government portals due to client-provided misinformation will be borne by the client.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Government Fees: All payments categorized as official UAE government ministry fees, corporate registration charges, or institutional visa processing deposits are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the respective authority.
- Service Fees: Our professional typing and consultancy service fees are non-refundable once active work, application drafting, or processing has commenced on your file.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Modern Typing, including text copy, web layout, brand imagery, logos, and service designs, remains the exclusive property of The Modern Typing and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws (p. 4). Unauthorized extraction or duplication of this content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Modern Typing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website platforms or documentation services. This includes financial or structural losses arising from rejected visa applications, delayed business setups, or operational changes enacted by UAE government bodies.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (p. 1). Any legal disputes arising directly from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or rewrite these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Any adjustments will immediately go into effect when published on this page.
